"999" Program:

Like a discount stock brokerage, this strategy has been designed for people who have done their homework, realize these are the best terms available in the current market, and know exactly what they want, and nothing but the lowest combination of interest rate and fees will do. Total fees for Accelerated Funding, Inc.’s services are $999. No points, processing or other administrative fees to AFI will be charged. Normal charges for third party fees still apply as well as any insurance, taxes or interest required to complete the transaction. Advance payment of some fees may be required and the loan will be locked upon application and approval. This is absolutely the lowest cost loan available. Limited to “A” quality borrowers only.

 Our Accelerated Program is designed to allow a homeowner to have a simple 30 year program that pays your home off almost like a 15 year loan, at a fraction of the monthly cost. And there are no fees with this program…ever. All one-time only fees are paid on your behalf by Accelerated Funding, Inc. This program increases your equity immediately, saves you money by increasing your tax deductions, and helps you reach your ultimate financial goals. Limited to loans of $160,000-500,000. Prepaid items not included. Must be your primary residence. Colorado/Wyoming properties only. All loans are fixed rate products, no adjustable rate loans.

Principally designed for first-time homeowners with a minimum of 5% down payment, and little extra money for necessary expenses upon move-in. We can pay as many as your first three payments, and provide you with as many as six months before your first scheduled payment, allowing you to use your money for needed improvements, landscaping, furniture, or any other expense that may arise. You deserve some breathing room after purchasing your first home. Limited to 30 year fixed rate conventional loans only.

Occasionally, due to the sometimes overly complex restrictions some programs have, and various unconventional needs some borrower situations dictate, it may be necessary to place you in a temporary program, allow a minimum amount of time to pass to remove the impediment, and finally place you in the best loan money can buy. Usually, this would involve two separate transaction with two sets of loan fees. We will only charge you for the first transaction, saving you potentially several thousand dollars of your equity.  

 Once you have closed a transaction with Accelerated Funding, Inc. and become a member of our extended business family, you will never pay another fee for a rate/payment reduction type of refinance. We will keep you at or near the bottom of the interest rate ladder at all times. Transaction limited to your primary residence, as long as you own your home. Does not apply to Second mortgages or lines of credit, or new cash out transactions which will be considered a new loan.
