our loan professionals are
local residents. All of our closings are performed at local
title company offices, and in some select cases may be done in
the comfort of your own home. Our loan professionals attend
every closing to make sure everything goes according to your
expectations, and to make sure our commitments are always
carried out to the letter.
Our
Staff:
Our loan professionals are not new to the business. Our
Vice-Presidents must have a minimum of 10 years experience, and
a demonstrated ability to manage all phases of the business. All
of our Senior Loan Consultants must have more than 5 years in
the mortgage business and demonstrate their professional,
technical and communication skills adequately to achieve that
status. No other company in the metro area of which I am aware,
has such a policy. This virtually guarantees you will be served
by a knowledgeable, courteous professional with the ability,
resources and experience to do your loan efficiently and
correctly the first time.

Rates: We
don’t publish our rates here for a number of reasons, Among
them is the act of changeing them daily or several times each day is time consuming
and inefficient. You are welcome to call at any time for updated
rates, or check our posted rates daily on WWW.Monstermoving.com,
a search engine which lists our offerings as well as our fees
and corresponding APR calculations. We are usually the lowest in
both rate and fees of all the lenders currently on display.
How
we work:
Our initial consultation is always free. We use this time to
familiarize ourselves with you and your needs, do a preliminary
credit review for you and get an estimate of your home’s
current value. If necessary, we get outside opinions by
appraisal professionals that are happy to perform this service
on behalf of our prospective clients. We are able to access your
credit history 24 hours per day, provided all systems are
operating, and can usually take applications over the telephone in 15-20
minutes depending on the complexity of your information. We have
the capability of obtaining virtually instant underwriting
decisions, from many of our investors, at all hours through
computerized underwriting systems. This means you can be
approved with a firm, binding credit decision in writing, within
moments of completing your application, day or night.
Our
Commitment to You:
We will ALWAYS do our best to give you the service you require,
listen to your needs and concerns, and develop a long range plan
to ensure that you reach your financial goals through the
creative use of your home’s mortgage. You will have access to
us at any time you need us. We will give you, in writing,
guaranteed fees. Not all fees can be guaranteed at all times. If
we cannot give you a firm number, we will give you an acceptable
range for that fee. Our business is mainly repeat and referral
clients and that is what we strive to maintain. Our one goal is
to make you so happy with our service that you never consider
using another company for your home financing needs, and that
you will tell everyone you know about us as well.
